The foreign number consists of 9 or 10 digits located on your residence permit. It generally begins with the department number, or 991 if you have arrived with a long-stay visa valid as a residence permit (VLS-TS). If you have validated your VLS-TS online, the foreign number corresponds to your identifier indicated on your visa validation.
