The portal for foreigners in France is the website created by the French government to provide useful information on administrative procedures for foreigners living or wishing to come to France.

The portal for foreigners in France is administered by the French Office of Immigration and Integration (OFII). The aim of this reference site is to facilitate relations between foreigners 

To achieve this, we are working on :

• Simplify the various procedures involved in living, working, studying or staying in France. 
  You'll find a large number of practical information sheets sorted according to the following themes: Coming to France, Applying for asylum, Living in France, Settling in France and Joining your country of origin.
• Provide an easy access point to online services such as filing and tracking certain requests. 
  You can create an account and access a personalized space containing all the important information on your files. The only requirement is that you have a foreign number. It consists of 9 or 10 digits, and can be found on your residence permit.
• Make digital content and services understandable and usable by all, in compliance with accessibility standards for people with disabilities.
  But also thanks to the “Help” section, where you can obtain information on your administrative procedures. Here you can consult the questions most frequently asked by other users, find the contact details of the administration responsible for your request, and contact the portal's technical support team in the event of a computer problem.

Please note that the portal for foreigners in France is not the same as the ANEF (Administration Numérique des Etrangers en France) website. They are two distinct but complementary tools designed to facilitate administrative procedures for foreigners in France. 

ANEF is a digital platform enabling you to carry out online administrative procedures related to your stay, such as applying for and renewing your residence permit.

That's why your login details are identical on both websites. 
The two platforms work in synergy to simplify and facilitate the administrative management of foreign nationals in France.
